I recently became a pro member during the promotional week in April 2025! From that time I received an email from Masterbros about how the company is having a hard time with production and receiving new product! I purchased a promotional deal which was delivered until I was completely ghosted. They haven’t even bother to reach out, reply to my emails and send in my recent purchases I’ve made through their new marketing gimmick. The last message I received was on May 19, 2025 and still waiting for a response, product and a questionnaire for being a pro member. At this point it seems they walked away with what cash they could pull and left us out dry. Otherwise if something had happen that they’re not telling us they should at least posted on social media, but still nothing!

To start off, i was looking for a fun way to get back into collecting Pokémon again. Going to tcgplayer or any giant website is ok but the fun of opening some packs you may or may not have seen is fun too. Along with a subscription, I look around at a few different boxes. I have to say you definition get what the box is priced at. The customer service and communication is better than most online stores. Will definitely keep my subscription for a while!

I ordered a mystery box . It was for pre order . I asked when the pre order would be fulfilled . No answer . I asked again . No answer . Waited two months. No answer . Reported it to my credit card company and canceled the order .

Had some really fun products in it! Packaged really well! It was a really nice product !!
